Implementation steps:：

（1）Energy audit. According to the specific situation of the customer, the current energy consumption and energy efficiency of the customer are measured, the energy saving potential is put forward, and the energy saving of various alternative energy saving measures is predicted.

（2）Energy saving transformation scheme design. According to the results of the energy audit and the current situation of the customer's energy system, put forward plans and suggestions on how to use mature energy-saving technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. If the customer is willing to accept our proposal and suggestions, our company can design the project for the customer.

（3）Construction design. After the contract is signed, the company generally organizes the construction design of the energy-saving project, and makes detailed planning on project management, project time, resource allocation, budget, equipment and material access coordination, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and completion on schedule.

（4）Energy saving project financing. The company invests in energy-saving projects or provides financing services to customers. The possible financing channels of the company include: the company's own funds, bank commercial loans, possible installment payments from equipment suppliers and other policy support. When the company uses bank loans to finance energy-saving projects, the company can use its own credit to obtain commercial loans, and can also use the policy guarantee funds of relevant government departments to provide assistance for project financing.
