When the super pipeline valve is connected with the metal pipeline by flange or thread, the valve shall be installed in the closed state; When connected by welding, the valve shall be installed in the open state, and argon arc welding shall be adopted for the bottom layer of butt weld. When non-metallic pipes are connected by electric fusion or hot fusion, the valves near the joints shall be open.

The sliding surface of the guide bracket or sliding bracket shall be clean and flat without skew and jamming. The installation position of the super pipeline shall be shifted from the center of the bearing surface to the opposite direction of the displacement. The displacement shall be 1 / 2 of the displacement value or meet the requirements of the design documents. The thermal insulation layer shall not hinder its displacement.
