1. The pipeline system shall be subject to intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance according to the characteristics of the project.

2. Concealed pipe installation shall be subject to concealed acceptance. The flatness of pipe trench, pipe support, casing installation and anti expansion measures shall be emphatically inspected, and the hydrostatic test and water passing capacity inspection shall be conducted.

3. During the installation and acceptance of exposed pipes, check whether the spacing and type of supports and hangers meet the design requirements.

4. Upon completion acceptance, the following documents shall be provided: '1) construction drawings, as built drawings and design change documents; 2) Delivery certificate or on-site inspection record of pipes and fittings; 3) Acceptance records and intermediate acceptance records of concealed works; 4) Water pressure test and water passing capacity inspection records; 5) Water cleaning and disinfection records of domestic and drinking water pipelines; 6) Handling records of engineering quality accidents; 7) Project quality inspection and evaluation records.

5. The completion quality shall meet the design requirements and relevant provisions of the construction specifications. During the completion acceptance, the following items shall be checked and inspected: 1) the correctness of coordinates, elevation and slope; 2) Cleanliness, firmness and tightness of connection points or interfaces; 3) Installation position and firmness of supports and pipe clamps; 4) Check the water passing capacity of the water supply system, and check whether the number of water distribution points opened at the same time according to the design requirements have reached the rated flow; 5) For buildings with special requirements, the water carrying capacity can be inspected by layers and sections according to the pipeline layout; 6) Instrument sensitivity and valve flexibility.
