Cleaning process of ventilation pipe of super pipe

1. Block the end of the system placed in the ventilation duct that is not cleaned, so as to fully isolate the cleaning area and the non cleaning area to avoid secondary pollution;

2. Connect and fix the high-efficiency vacuum dust collection system and the ventilation duct system, and start the vacuum cleaner;

3. Put the cleaning robot into the ventilation duct for uniform cleaning.

4. After cleaning the ventilation pipe in this section, close the vacuum cleaner and start to treat the dirt in the collector;

5. Clean the fire damper of the operation section. If it cannot be cleaned, the opening at one side of the fire damper shall be cleaned;

6. The video monitoring system monitors and records the ventilation pipeline before, during and after cleaning, and saves the pictures;

7. Remove the suction pipe and suction pipe disc, recover the cleaned and disinfected air outlet, close the air outlet with rivet gun, and seal the gap with sealant to recover the thermal insulation material;

8. Check the strength of the ceiling of the ventilation pipe. If the strength is not enough, the expansion bolts shall be installed on the ceiling and the prefabricated angle steel tray shall be used for reinforcement. On the premise that the strength of the ventilation pipe is not affected, the manufacturer of the ventilation pipe recommends that the operation shall be strictly in accordance with the standard. After the air outlet and filter screen are removed, clean them with high-pressure water gun at the designated place;

9. Collect all the cleaned dirt, disinfect the dirt and then transport it to the designated place;

10. After cleaning the ventilation pipe of one system, the site shall be sorted out to restore the original state;

11. Coil cleaning.

Profiles are generally classified according to the shape of cross-section and used according to mechanical properties.
