Dalian compressed air pipeline installation is a light, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipeline. It is made of resin as matrix and glass fiber as reinforcing material through special process. 1. The safety valve shall be installed vertically. The safety valve shall be adjusted in time when it is put into trial operation. The final adjustment of the safety valve shall be carried out on the system, and the opening and reseating pressure shall comply with the provisions of the design documents.

2. The gradient of the pipeline shall be adjusted according to the requirements of the drawings. The adjustment method can use the support to meet the gradient requirements. The weld shall be set at the place convenient for maintenance and observation.

3. The pipes connected with the transmission equipment shall be cleaned internally before installation. The welded fixed pipe orifice shall generally be far away from the equipment to avoid the impact of welding stress on the installation accuracy of the transmission equipment.

4. Before connecting the pipe with the machine, the strong force shall be prevented from opposing each other, and the parallelism and coaxiality of the flange shall be checked in the free state.

5. Before pipeline installation, the equipment nozzle, embedded parts, reserved holes, steel structures and other contents related to pipeline installation shall be rechecked.

6. Before the valve is installed, check its model according to the design documents, and determine its installation direction according to the medium flow direction. When the valve and pipeline are connected by flange or thread, the valve shall be installed in the closed state; If installed by welding, the valve shall not be closed.

7. Temporary replacement of instrument elements: all instrument elements shall be replaced by temporary elements when they are installed. After pressure test, flushing and purging, they can be formally installed before feeding.

After the pipeline is hoisted in place, alignment and adjustment shall be carried out. After the elevation, center line and slope are correct, connection and fixation shall be carried out. All outdoor pipes are welded. The pipes with a diameter of no more than 50mm are generally gas welded, the pipes with a diameter of more than 50mm are electric welded, and the high-pressure pipes are all electric welded or argon arc welded. The medium and low pressure pipes with indoor pipe diameter no more than 50mm can be connected by thread, and the pipes and valves, accessories and equipment can be connected by flange or thread. The compensator shall be pre stretched before the pipeline is fixed, and the stretching amount shall be 1 / 2 of the design expansion amount. When the branch pipe is led out from the main pipe, a tee must be opened from the upper part of the main pipe to prevent the condensed water and oil stain in the main pipe from entering the branch pipe and equipment. The tee of high-pressure pipeline shall be drilled, and flame cutting is not allowed.
