Aluminum pressure pipe is more and more widely used in the installation of super pipeline system equipment. When distributing the pipes, the main pipe must be slightly inclined so as to drain the condensate in the pipe. The pipeline shall be provided with blow down valve and regularly discharged. Since the pressure of the piping shall not exceed 5% of the set pressure of the compressor, it is better to select a larger pipe diameter for distribution.

Super pipes shall be as short and straight as possible, and elbows and various valves shall be used as few as possible to reduce pressure loss. The branch pipe must be connected from the top of the main pipe to avoid the condensate from the main pipe flowing to the compressor unit along the pipe.

The management path cannot be reduced or enlarged at will. If it must be reduced or enlarged, it must be used in conjunction with the reducer, otherwise it is easy to think that the pressure will increase and cause large pressure loss; At the same time, due to the gas impact pressure, the pipeline life will be greatly shortened.
