The overall control and key attention shall be paid to the drawing and adjustment of comprehensive super pipeline pipeline diagram. Various electromechanical pipelines have their own process layout requirements. In case of crossing and occupying the same space, they shall be coordinated and properly arranged.

    Super pipeline avoidance principle: large ventilation pipeline, large high-voltage bridge, bus bar and non pressure drainage pipeline are the priority objects. Other pipelines can be appropriately bypassed, but can not be bent without restrictions. Basic spatial arrangement: the space 200mm under the beam is provided with strong and weak current bridges, the space 200 ~ 400mm under the beam is provided with fire water pipe laying space, and the space 400mm ~ 700mm under the beam is provided with air conditioning professional pipes. For the space with smoke exhaust system, the space 400mm ~ 900mm is generally provided with air conditioning and smoke exhaust air pipe laying space.

    The pipeline with large diameter shall be arranged first, and then the pipeline with small diameter shall be arranged. The main loop pipe of air-conditioning water is usually installed under the beam and attached to the beam, and the principle of minimum cost of pipeline cross arrangement is adopted.

    Super pipeline pressure flow pipeline avoids gravity flow pipeline. According to the design requirements of the drawings and the pipeline material, the non pressure drainage pipe is usually controlled between 3 ‰ ~ 1%, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation on the site.
