The installation standard of compressed air pipeline of air compressor in Dalian and the installation and acceptance standard of pneumatic equipment engineering refer to gb5038-2006. The carbon steel pipe used for compressed air shall be cleaned of rust, welding slag, burr, oil, water and other dirt on its surface before painting. The weld shall not be painted before pressure test. After the thread is processed, the surface shall be free of cracks, depressions, burrs and other defects. For threads with slight mechanical damage or incomplete section, the total length shall not be more than 1 / 3 circle, and the reduction of thread height shall not be more than 1 / 5 of its height.

The coating shall be uniform and uniformly colored without defects such as missing coating, flowing and bubble. The compressed air carbon steel pipe must be knocked and purged according to the process. After purging, the inner wall of the pipeline shall meet the requirements of the design technical documents. If not specified, there shall be no rust, oxide scale and other foreign matters.
