The base material of anticorrosive steel pipe includes seamless steel pipe, spiral steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe. The three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anticorrosive coating has been widely used in the oil pipeline industry for its good corrosion resistance, water and gas permeability and mechanical properties.

The first anti-corrosion layer of anti-corrosion steel pipe super pipeline is very important for the service life of the buried pipeline. Some pipes of the same material are buried underground for decades without corrosion, and some leak in a few years. Because they use different external anti-corrosion coatings. The coating of the anti-corrosion steel pipe is the epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating in contact with the steel pipe surface, and the intermediate layer is the copolymer adhesive with branch structure functional groups. The surface layer is high-density polyethylene anticorrosive coating.

The thermal insulation structure of super pipeline is composed of working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, thermal insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, outer steel pipe and outer anti-corrosion layer (basically no longer used). The thermal insulation structure of super pipeline is composed of working steel pipe, glass wool thermal insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, external protective steel pipe and external anti-corrosion layer.

Glass wool thermal insulation layer and air thermal insulation layer: ensure the medium temperature and keep the surface of outer protective pipe at normal temperature. Ensure that the organic foam material does not enter the inorganic hard high temperature resistant layer; Reflecting part of the heat of the high-temperature resistant layer. Inorganic hard insulation layer: high temperature resistance, ensuring the interface temperature with the organic insulation layer, and ensuring that the foam is not carbonized.
