The aluminum alloy pipeline contains a large amount of water, impurities and oil, and forms weak acid gas, which causes corrosion to the seamless steel pipe, especially at the welded part or damaged part. Artificial welding is easy to cause false welding points and easy to leak, and the leakage points are difficult to find. The rough pipe wall causes large initial pressure drop and increases energy consumption. For every 1 bar increase in pressure drop, the power of the air compressor shall be increased by at least 7%.
As the main component of carbon steel pipe is iron, this element is easy to react with water and oxygen in the air to produce iron oxide (rust). This material will be transmitted to the cylinder and production equipment along with compressed air, which will cause cylinder wear and equipment damage and bring unnecessary losses to the user. Even if the filter triplet is adopted, as rust is a solid impurity, it is very easy to adsorb on the filter material, resulting in the short service life of the filter material and the pressure drop. Another point is the pressure drop of traditional pipeline; For newly installed carbon steel pipes, the inner wall is rough (internal roughness is 1.9 μ m), and the roughness increases year by year due to corrosion, which directly leads to the reduction of flow and pressure drop.
