Therefore, to ensure the quality of ultrapure water in Dalian compressed air pipeline, we also need to regularly clean the pipeline of ultrapure water system.

Impure substances in Dalian compressed air pipeline materials are dissolved in high-purity water, resulting in increase of cation and anion in water, decrease of resistivity and increase of TOC. Because the inner wall of the pipeline is not smooth and the joints, valves and other reasons cause the retention and propagation of bacteria and the accumulation of other particles, resulting in the increase of particles in the water.

When cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution, the hydrogen peroxide solution shall be used to circulate in the pipe for half an hour each time, then the circulation shall be stopped and the valve of the main supply and return pipe shall be closed, and the solution shall be soaked in the pipe for 1 hour. During the whole cleaning process of the ultrapure water equipment pipeline, the end water point entering the equipment shall be closed first. Meanwhile, during the next flushing, the water point of each equipment shall be discharged for at least 0.5 hours

Dalian compressed air pipeline shall be low extractability and smooth inner wall, and the unevenness of joints and pipe fittings shall be minimized. Of course, it is also very necessary to clean the pipeline of ultra pure water system.
