In a super piping system, an elbow is a fitting that changes the direction of a pipe run. According to the angle, there are three most commonly used elbows. The rigid polyurethane composite is divided into two components: isocyanate and composite polyether, commonly known as black material and white material. After mixing in proportion, the two will polymerize to produce polyurethane rigid foam with independent closed cell structure. When manufacturing high-temperature prefabricated directly buried super pipe insulation pipe, an alarm line is embedded in the insulation layer close to the steel pipe. Once there is a leakage in the pipe, the alarm can be given on the special detection instrument through the conduction of the alarm line, and the accurate position of the leakage and the degree of leakage can be displayed, so as to inform the maintenance personnel to quickly deal with the leaking pipe section and ensure the safe operation of the heat supply network.
The super pipe isocyanate and combined polyether barrel should not be exposed to the sun. It must be kept away from the heat source and placed in a cool and dry place. If the barrel is placed upright, there should be no water on the barrel cover! If the whole barrel cannot be used up at one time, the barrel cover must be closed immediately after each use to prevent water vapor and impurities from entering the barrel and affecting the quality.
