Reasonable pipeline design and laying can reduce the loss of air compressor, reduce the cost of users and prolong the service life of equipment. Aluminum alloy compressed air pipe is more and more widely used in the installation of compressed air pipeline system equipment. When piping, the main pipe must be slightly inclined to facilitate the discharge of condensed water in the pipe. The pipeline shall be equipped with blow down valve and blow down regularly. The pressure of the piping shall not exceed 5% of the set pressure of the compressor, so it is better to choose a larger pipe diameter when piping.

The compressed air pipeline shall be as short and straight as possible, and the use of elbows and various valves shall be minimized to reduce the pressure loss. The branch pipeline must be connected from the top of the main pipeline to prevent the condensate in the main pipeline from flowing to the compressor unit along the pipeline.

The main pipe shall not be reduced or enlarged arbitrarily. If it must be reduced or enlarged, it must be matched with the reducer. Otherwise, it is easy to think that the increase of pressure will lead to large pressure loss; At the same time, the service life of the pipeline will be greatly shortened due to the impact pressure of the gas.
