In modern industrial applications, compressed air systems are the most common, and more than 80% of enterprises will use aluminum alloy pipes. However, with the development of electronics and medical food industry, the application of vacuum system has been more and more widely used. As a clean and efficient energy, compressed air is second only to electric power in factories and enterprises, so it is very important.
The compressed air transmission pipelines supporting domestic air compressors were originally carbon steel pipes, galvanized pipes and PVC pipes. However, carbon steel pipes and galvanized pipes are prone to oxidation and corrosion, polluting compressed air, and sometimes leaking, wasting energy; PVC pipes and PPR pipes are prone to aging and cracking, resulting in accidents.
The aluminum alloy pipe has the characteristics of clean and smooth pipe wall, light weight and strong toughness. In particular, the aluminum pipe material reacts with the oxygen in the air to form an aluminum oxide film, which can well resist subsequent corrosion and oxidation.
The compressed air pipeline contains a large amount of water, impurities and oil, and forms weak acidic gas, which causes corrosion to the seamless steel pipe, especially the welded part or damaged part. Artificial welding is easy to cause false welding points, which are easy to leak, and the leakage points are difficult to find. The rough wall of the aluminum alloy pipe causes large initial pressure drop and increases energy consumption. For every 1 bar increase in pressure drop, the power of the air compressor shall be increased by at least 7%.
