High quality rotary joints have the characteristics of anti-wear, corrosion resistance and good sealing. With the increase of the number of C atoms in the comonomer of the super pipe material, the length of the branch chain increases, the crystallinity decreases, and the "winding or kinking" effect of the generated copolymer increases, so the elongation increases, and the puncture strength and tear strength also increase. The tension of the casting line affects the flatness and winding tightness of the film. If PIB or its masterbatch is used as the adhesive layer, it will also affect the migration of PIB and reduce the final viscosity of the film.
The bearing and shell shall be made of materials with strong abrasion resistance, and the durability of both shall be ensured. Only in this way can the working performance and service life of the rotary joint be maintained. When the rotary joint is faced with different media, there will be corresponding models for supporting use. However, when transmitting highly corrosive media, the rotary joint itself should also have corrosion resistance to ensure that the rotary joint will not leak due to media corrosion.
