Air compression and cooling, dust removal, water and oil removal of compressed air moisture in compressed air comes from the atmosphere. The compressed air pipeline atmosphere generally contains a certain amount of moisture in vapor state. When the water vapor in the air is too much and exceeds its saturation (that is, when the relative humidity is greater than 10 0%, or when the air is cooled to below the dew point temperature, the water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets and precipitate).
Generally, the compressed air pipeline needs to be equipped with one or more condensers to cool the compressed air. For example, connected to the air-cooled cooler at the rear of the air compressor, it can reduce the temperature of the high-temperature compressed air containing a large amount of water vapor in advance, and condense most of the water vapor into liquid water and discharge it out of the machine, so as to meet the requirements of the downstream purification equipment filters and dryers for the inlet air temperature.
For the dust in the air, the air compressor itself is equipped with a coarse effect filter, which can remove the dust particles of 5m. During the compression process, the temperature of the air will rise significantly and increase with the increase of the compression ratio. The freeze dryer can force the compressed air through the evaporator for heat exchange, so that the gaseous water and oil in the compressed air will condense into liquid water and oil after isobaric cooling, entrain dust, and form harmful corrosive emulsion, most of which are acidic and will damage the equipment components.
Drain the system through the automatic drain valve. In the transmission system, the compressed air pipeline also needs to pass through multi-stage air filters, which are built with microporous filter screens, microporous filter tubes and filter elements, or some activated carbon. The gaseous water and oil in the air can be filtered and separated by filtration and collision, condensed into small water droplets, or the dust particles and oil gas can be adsorbed to make the compressed air in the system clean and dry.
