What should be paid attention to in compressed air pipeline

If the compressed air pipeline in the air compressor system is not configured and installed properly, it will bring great trouble to the later production process. Before that, we had someone ask our technician what should be paid attention to when installing the air pipeline of the air compressor?

Do not unplug the cable and unplug the plug from the power supply when using the compressed air pipe. Keep cables away from heat and oil and avoid contact with sharp objects. The air compressor shall not be allowed to be blown by wind and rain. It is not allowed to work in a damp and dark place, or in a place where flammable and explosive liquid gas and dust are stored.

This machine should be kept properly. If the air compressor is not used, the air and sewage in the air tank shall be discharged and stored in a dry environment. The air inhaled by the air compressor shall not contain inflammable and explosive gases. Children shall not be near the air compressor to avoid accidents.

Pay attention to the power supply voltage of the compressed air pipeline and the voltage on the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accident and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor startup and even damage the motor.
