Design requirements for compressed air pipeline of compressed air station

The compressed air pipeline shall meet the user's requirements for compressed air flow, pressure and quality. The selection of the laying method shall be determined through technical and economic comparison according to the local terrain, geology, hydrology and meteorology. The compressed air pipeline in the plant (mine) area in hot and warm areas should be laid overhead.

Cut off valves, pressure gauges and flow meters shall be provided for compressed air pipelines at the places where the gas consuming buildings are located. Oil water separator shall be set for the pipeline conveying saturated compressed air. For users whose compressed air load fluctuates greatly or whose supply pressure is required to be stable, it is advisable to set an air storage tank or other pressure stabilizing device nearby.

Because there is no need to lay an air duct in the room, the outdoor air is drawn into the room by using the micro positive pressure principle, and the wind speed generated by the wind power accelerates the flow of indoor air. At this time, the indoor air pressure is slightly higher than the outdoor air, which can prevent outdoor pollutants from entering the room through the door gap. Therefore, the use of fresh air can also achieve the function of dust removal.

If the house area is not large, there is no need to use the air duct, because the air duct will also bring noise to a certain extent. A fresh air is installed in different rooms to flexibly control different rooms.
