As a clean energy, compressed air is second only to electric power in the importance of factories and enterprises. The air compressor forms a complete compressed air system through pipelines, valves and other equipment. Improper design, calculation and installation of compressed air pipeline will affect the economy and reliability of the whole system, and even bring serious destructive accidents. It has important theoretical significance and practical value to study CMT fusion brazing welding of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel in compressed air pipeline. In this paper, the cold metal transition (CMT) welding and brazing of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel dissimilar metal sheet lap joint is carried out for the lightweight structure manufacturing of aluminum alloy and galvanized steel dissimilar metal in the automotive industry.
Most of the compressor pipes enter from the auxiliary shaft or the mixing shaft to facilitate the acquisition and maintenance. The compressor pipes in the shaft are usually fixed with guide clamps to prevent the pipes from being bent and displaced laterally. The longitudinal weight of the pipeline is supported by the support pipe seat, which is installed on the special steel beam in the shaft. The compressor pipe in the inclined shaft can be laid with pipe pier, while the compressor pipe in the drift is mostly supported by the cantilever beam on the sidewalk side. The span of the support beam and pipe pier of the second pipe is determined based on the strength and rigidity of the supported pipe. In addition to the pipe itself and its auxiliary devices, the load of the pipe should also consider the weight of the water filled in the pipe and the possible coating on the pipe.
If the air consumption of the system is large and the time is short, and the instantaneous air consumption changes greatly, an air tank shall be installed as a buffer (its capacity shall be greater than or equal to 20% of the larger instantaneous consumption), so as to reduce the air consumption. The frequency of frequent loading or unloading of the compressor unit reduces the number of actions of the control elements, which is of great benefit for maintaining the operational reliability of the air compressor. Generally, an air tank with a capacity of 20% of the displacement can be selected.
