Compressed air pipeline test is divided into strength test and tightness test. (1) Strength test. The test medium is clean water or compressed air. The hydrostatic test pressure is 1.25 times of the working pressure, and the pneumatic test pressure is 1.15 times of the working pressure. (2) Tightness test. The test medium is compressed air, and the test pressure (PS) is equal to the working pressure (P). During the test, visual inspection shall be conducted when the pressure reaches the following values: ps < 0.2MPa, when it reaches 00.6ps; PS ≥ 0.2MPa, when reaching 0.3ps and 0.6ps.
If no leakage or abnormality is found in the compressed air pipeline inspection, the pressure can be boosted to the test pressure and maintained for 24h to calculate the average leakage rate (a) per hour. In Shanghai compressed air aluminum tube type, P1 and T1 are the pressure and temperature at the beginning of the test; P2 and T2 are the pressure and temperature at the end of the test.
It is qualified when a ≤ 1%. Pipe purging: after the pipe test is qualified or before ventilation, use compressed air to purge the welding slag, iron filings, soil, rags and other sundries left in the pipe during installation to prevent them from entering the instrument and equipment during ventilation.
