What construction technology is required for compressed air pipeline

In international projects, the compressed air pipeline shall be designed with three-dimensional software. The more reasonable design method is to directly use three-dimensional software modeling, although a lot of work needs to be done in the early stage.

After the three-dimensional model of the compressed air pipeline is built, the plan, axonometric drawing, equipment list, material list, etc. can be directly generated. The later drawing can save a lot of work, improve efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of the pipeline drawing without collision.

The compressed air pipeline network diagram in the plant area generally starts from the outlet of the compressed air station in the plant area or the reserved contact point in the plant area, and ends at each user point. Each user point can be divided into indoor and outdoor. If conditions permit, indoor and outdoor user points in the whole plant area shall be represented in the same plan or axonometric drawing as much as possible, that is, all user points in the whole plant area shall be represented in one drawing, so as to facilitate drawing and reading. The compressed air pipeline is generally small in diameter. For the layout of the compressed air pipeline network in the plant area, buildings, corridors and large pipes shall be used as much as possible, and the compressed air pipeline supports shall be welded on them to minimize the number of independent floor supports.

Double line main pipe and branch pipe of compressed air pipeline: from the lubricating pump to the oil inlet of all distributors, the pressure is relatively high. Cold drawn seamless steel pipe is usually used, and the material is No. 10 or 15 steel. Never use seriously rusted pipes; Oil supply pipe: from the distributor to the oil inlet of all lubricating points (oil hole of bearing seat), the pressure is relatively low. Generally, drawn copper pipes are used, which is convenient for piping when bending.
