The waste heat and residual pressure utilization project of compressed air pipeline is mainly to improve the energy utilization efficiency from the production process. By improving the process structure and adding energy-saving devices, the potential energy and waste heat generated in the production process can be greatly utilized. As one of the ten national key energy saving projects and one of the key projects for building an energy-saving society during the 11th Five Year Plan period, the "residual heat and pressure utilization project" and the application of relevant technologies are gradually promoted. General energy-saving companies change "big horse pulling trolley" to "small horse pulling trolley", and think that the terminal gas consumption is a process requirement and cannot be changed. "Pull a smaller car with a young horse", based on the advantages of pneumatic theory and practice, to achieve personalized and refined energy saving for air compressor room and terminal air equipment.

Most of the compressor pipes enter from the auxiliary shaft or the mixing shaft to facilitate the acquisition and maintenance. The compressor pipes in the shaft are usually fixed with guide clamps to prevent the pipes from being bent and displaced laterally. The longitudinal weight of the pipeline is supported by the support pipe seat, which is installed on the special steel beam in the shaft. The compressor pipe in the inclined shaft can be laid with pipe pier, while the compressor pipe in the drift is mostly supported by the cantilever beam on the sidewalk side. The span of the support beam and pipe pier of the second pipe is determined based on the strength and rigidity of the supported pipe. In addition to the pipe itself and its auxiliary devices, the load of the pipe should also consider the weight of the water filled in the pipe and the possible coating on the pipe.

The air medium to which the compressed air pipeline gas belongs should be marked with light gray. More careful friends can find that one is the petrochemical industry standard and the other is the national standard; One is a separate industry standard, and the other is a national mandatory standard. We can easily confirm that the color of compressed air pipe should be light gray. The selection of the installation site of compressed air pipeline is most neglected by the staff. Often, after the air compressor is purchased, it will find a position at random and use it immediately after piping. There is no prior planning at all. However, such a hasty result will lead to failure of air compressor, difficulty in maintenance and poor quality of compressed air in the future. Therefore, proper installation site is the prerequisite for correct use of the air compression system.
